In order to encourage the Japanese philosophy of continuous improvement through KAIZEN, Agriauto Stamping Company organized an internal Quality Control Convention. Various teams from production, quality, and plant maintenance presented their various KAIZENS throughout the year.
The event was attended by senior management from the parent company Agriauto Industries Limited and Thal Limited Yazaki – Electric Business.
