Agriauto Stamping Company Private Limited (ASC) is a wholly-owned subsidiary of Agriauto Industries Limited (PSX: AGIL), a leading name in Pakistan’s automotive industry. Since its inception in 2012 and the commencement of commercial production in 2014, ASC has rapidly emerged as a trailblazer in the automotive stamping sector, setting benchmarks for quality, technology, and efficiency.

Technical Expertise and Global Collaboration

At ASC, we pride ourselves on being the first stamping company in Pakistan to achieve comprehensive technology transfer in the stamping domain. Our success stems from our technical collaboration agreement with Ogihara (Thailand) Co. Ltd., a renowned die-making and stamping parts supplier for globally recognized automotive brands such as Toyota, Honda, and Mitsubishi.

Ogihara Thailand operates under the umbrella of Ogihara Corporation, Japan, which has a strong global presence across the USA, UK, and China. Ogihara Thailand also has a joint venture with JBM in India and is expanding with a new factory in South Africa to produce parts for Toyota’s South Africa Plant.

This collaboration empowers ASC to implement advanced practices such as the Toyota Production System (TPS), robust quality assurance protocols, die maintenance expertise, and optimized logistics solutions.

ASC’s facility is equipped with state-of-the-art machinery and expertise to handle high-demand requirements, including:

• High Tensile Parts Production: ASC is the only company in Pakistan producing high tensile parts with a strength of up to 980MPa.
• Mechanical Press Tandem Lines: Our two mechanical press tandem lines have capacities ranging from 500 to 1,000 tons, enabling us to meet diverse production needs efficiently.
• Weld Production Lines: We feature dedicated weld production lines with top-quality portable and stationary welding machines, ensuring precision and reliability in every product.
